i love blue.  it's my color.  i can't help it.

i know blue is about #3 on the Christmas color chart, i plan on rocking it all season.  and this Frill Clothing silk bow skirt is probably my favorite piece of blue this year.  i adore the classic shape and the pleating at the waistline.  and who doesn't love a bow??
