ok, for reals..  This Style Lately tee might just be my favorite yet.  It's just so classic, so simple, so dope.  And I have been wanted to try the pearl stud collar trend for awhile now.  Lucky for me, Emerald Bling always comes through with trendy baubles my closet needs.  It may not be an every day necklace, but it's just so much fun!

Seriously though, where did the first quarter of this year go...

These crazy storms have given us some pretty gloomy weather this week.  This cozy, lightweight sweater from The Little Black Fashion Truck was just perfect for a quick dinner date with my main squeeze. (yep, you read that right.  A fashion TRUCK.  amazing. and more about that below....)  Since it was still pretty humid out, I kept it cool with what will surely be my go-to shorts of the summer from Blush Boutique & the gladiator sandals I scored from Just Fab.com.  I have been taking my Spring brights with a side of black this week, and it's pretty satisfying.  

Dainty necklaces & baubles have been my jam lately, so these two necklaces were great for layering.  The wishbone set from Charming Finds (don't forget the site launches May 3rd!) & a pretty rose gold bar necklace from Shinymix (Use CODE ModaAndTheMar for 10% Off!) were the perfect pairing.

Happy Monday, Y'all!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  We enjoyed some more boat time & a Doogie Houser marathon... don't judge...  

I am definitely channeling my inner Greek Goddess with the maxi & gladiator sandal combo.  Not to mention all of the gold jewels.  Most maxi dresses I find are too long for flats.  I either end up holding up the ends all night or come home with a dirty yard of fabric.  This navy number from Roe Blvd is the perfect length and is so easy to transition from day to night.  I know I will get so much use out of it this summer.  My new gold jewels from Jewel Be Mine were the perfect accents to this simple dress & completed the Grecian feel. Jewel Be Mine is one of my favorite new go-to's for affordable statement jewelry.  I promise you will find something you can't live without!  I also am slightly obsessed with my new monogram piece from Accessory Concierge.  just slightly...
