Happy hump day, friends!
Today is SUCH a hard day. The parents are in route back to Ohio and I am back to work. so hard.
I had such a lovely time with them over my mini staycation! We finally had a touch of cool weather and the traffic has slowed in our small beach town. Honestly, September & October are my FAVORITE months here! It's still warm enough to enjoy a boat ride or beach day, but all of the "mainlanders" are gone and you're not sweating your tush off.
Another favorite of mine is this lace & frill combo I am sporting today! This sheer lace peplum blouse from Sugar Love Boutique is so feminine! It would also be gorgeous with distressed denim & pointed toe flats. However, I chose to pair the slight bit of peplum with this steal-of-a-deal flounce skirt for a little extra volume. This mini black set definitely got the hubby's seal of approval!
