Happy Friday Eve!
So it took me almost three days to get this post up. The struggle is real this week. A sinus infection & double ear infections make working and blogging full-time next to impossible. But thanks to modern medicine I am on the road to recovery and back to blogging.
How Summer perfect are these American Eagle Outfitters Americana shorties ??!? The answer is too perfect. The combination of distressed denim and American flag-inspired pockets creates the perfect shorts for nights at the beach, Summer concerts, weekend festivals, and backyard barbecues. I teamed up with these cuties - Emily from Life With Emily & Katie from Katie's Bliss for an #AEOSTYLE Challenge to show our personal spins on these AEO shorts. I love that we all styled them so differently. It goes to show you how versatile these shorts are for Summer!
For me, distressed denim is a Summer must-have. I paired these with my Frye ankle booties and a little fringe for a perfect Americana festival look.
