For those days when all you want to say is "yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah..."  (ie: "I'm not listening" "I don't care" "I'm still going to do it my way" "leave me alone it's Friday" )

This tee from Fab Finds definitely sums up my feelings about work most days.  If only I could wear it to the office.  And don't judge the two-days-in-a-row-dirty-hair-bun.  It's been a rough week.  These flats from my favorite boutique were too good to pass up (AND they are on sale for $18!  You can call to order)  The rose gold shade is perfect way to add a little pizzazz to distressed denim.  

I hope you guys have a wonderful weekend!  I'm going to try to get out of my emotional holdup in time for my birthday next week.  EEEEK!

Just another manic Monday...

Monday always comes too soon and always finds me running late.  Which is exactly why this new graphic tee from Written could not be more perfect.  Southern Mess = me to a T.  But at least I'm well dress, right?!  If you only buy one graphic tee this Summer, I would highly recommend the Written line.  The fabric is super soft, they have a relaxed fit for easy chic styling, and the fonts just perfection.  I seriously want everyone in the collection.  I kept this look simple with a monochromatic Summer style & the new sandals I can't get enough of.  

Make sure to catch up on my weekend shenanigans via Instagram ... including the best pizza in Eastern NC.  Seriously, if you are in Beaufort anytime this Summer/year, you have to try the seafood pizza @ Queen Anne's Revenge on the waterfront.  AHHmazing!

Who doesn't love a t-shirt?!?  I mean, really.  I love every type of t-shirt out there.  No man left behind.  But maybe a little favoritism with some of my tees.  And these two mint beauties have made it to the top of my list.

I have been loving the graphic tees as of late.  I styled the Vogue tee a little sportier for Monday's post.  This crop top from The Girl That Loves is so in-your-face and slightly grungy, so I wanted to keep the look chic & simple.  The gold logo completely speak for itself.  I also loved the boxy silhouette created with a crop top and a bouncy high-waisted skirt.  You don't always have to show your midriff with a crop top. I'm telling you guys - if I woke up one morning and my closet had been replaced with the entire The Girl That Loves Spring collection, I wouldn't complain.  Not one bit.  I would just say a silent thank you to the fashion elves.  This company can do no wrong.

Happy Monday, guys!

You may have noticed on Instagram over the weekend we finally got the boat in the water this weekend.  That is truly my happy place.  If it ever came down to it, the hubby and I would probably sell our cars before the boat.  Sunshine, salt water, good company and a few cocktails.  Today it is back to the grind with great memories and the first sunburn of the season....  

I tell you what, Style Lately simply kills it in the graphic-tee department.  Who doesn't love a statement tee?!  They can be dress up, like in my Lucky In Love post, paired with a blazer for a casual work look, or styled super-sporty like today's post.  And while I really think I  am issue-free these days (at least, emotionally) this shirt was a definite need.
