I found these shorts at my second home, TJ Maxx last summer for $13... I knowwww!!  and I couldn't wait to wear them again this year.  When I pulled them out of my shorts stack I tried my hardest to pair them with a summer color - pink, purple, white, pink...  Nope.  Olive it was.  Neutral Nelly is back in town.  But as drab as these colors may be for Summer, I really love this look.  Expect to see it a few more times before Fall!

Happy Monday, you guys!

Shewl, I am still recovering from this weekend's wedding shenanigans.  My body is hurting from my sore dancing feet to my hungover head.  My friend Jaimie looked absolutely stunning on her big day and I could not be more excited for this life she is creating with her love.  I just know grand things and amazing memories are in store for those two.

Today's look is so simplistic and feminine.  I am absolutely obsessed with the length and flow of this tulle skirt from Charming Finds.  The fabric is so soft!  And this new blue tile beauty from Purple Peridot is my newest color obsession.  The blue hue is perfect for Spring & Summer looks!  It was actually a perfect contrast to this red Persun Mall top, but it will also be gorgeous with my neons and brights!

Can you tell it's Spring in NC?  Pale denim and neon tanks.  The Easter Bunny (read:  mis padres) tucked this gorgeous floral tank from Banana Republic in my Easter basket, and I couldn't wait to wear it!  It just so happen to compliment my ankle biter skinnies from kensie perfectly!  I love the option of wearing lighter denim in Spring & Summer.  It can be such a nice change from my darker washes and can really make bright colors pop.  Speaking of poppin', how fun is this hot pink necklace from Charming Finds ?!  I have linked it to the Instagram page, but the official website launches May 3rd here: http://www.charmingfinds.net/.  Make sure to peruse Instagram in the meantime to ogle all of the goodies available!
